We’re having a cow
and we’re willing to share. We bought a whole organic 100% grass-fed cow and it is currently dry aging and will then be cut into a variety of tasty steaks and roasts. We’ll be picking it up in about 2 weeks and will be taking pre-orders before then. Should be pretty affordable, seeing as how we bought the whole cow. You all have been asking for organic, local, 100% grass-fed beef and this is your chance to get some. There will be ribeye steaks, NY steaks, t-bone steaks, ground beef, shortribs, and a few other tasty bits that I’m not sharing (the tail and cheeks are mine). Call or stop by for details 206-842-3333

Now in our market fridge: creme fraiche aka homemade sour cream. Tangy delicious cultured organic cream, ready for all of your holiday baking needs. Or delicious with fresh fruit, or just a spoon. Starting Wednesday we will be selling bread from Pane d’Amore in Port Townsend. Finally we can offer great quality baguettes, batards and crusty yummyness that everyone has been asking for. They’ll be delivering 7 days a week, so stop in and grab a loaf.
